I recently left the cityjet for something better, but I still have some friends left working there.
First of all, the cityjet is totally chaos with a totally incompetent Flight ops manager, hence the reason they started a Vilnius and Tallin base with untidy conditions, in a boom.
Avoid Vilnius at all costs.
Look for Nordica based in Tallinn, or ask to get Tallin base with CityJet.
Expect roster according to EASA FTL, minimum off days, and expect to sleep outside the base 6-7 days / rotation followed by 2 days available.

.
Expect €1800 BEFORE tax at Nordica...
And they still dump you in base Vilnius despite promises of a Tallinn base.

Liftman, just don't accept the terms.
Btw, Cityjet decided to hire to both CPH and ARN directly with much much better conditions.
The recruitment to TLL and VNO have been very very slow, due to the Terms and conditions.
Hence that's the reason to why they have improved conditions in both VNO and TLL since they were unable to attract people.
And like mentioned in this thread, now conditions in TLL for Cityjet are "better" than Nordica. But expect same type of rostering and treatment from the company. You will be their slave to cover up for the more expensive bases like ARN, HEL and CPH.
But like I said. Recruitment is now direct to CPH and ARN. If you get the job, and they offer you VNO. Decline and say you only interested in CPH or ARN.
In today's market, we pilots are more on equal terms with the employers than ever before.
Make sure to take the opportunity and play the game.
