Ryanair DEC assessment

Has anyone any info on the format of the Ryanair DEC assessment, preferably from someone who has been through it recently, thanks

10 min chat followed by 10 min sim ride.

Very straightforward, no HR driven psychometric or verbal reasoning drivel, just an old school type interview.

You'll get an email with all the details before you go...........directions, paperwork to be taken, sim profiles etc.
