If its via one of the broker its pay to fly, you will even pay the employers part of the social insurance, do not trust any benefit proposal as "interline tickets", they do not exist, a friend is all through that.

They put you in an umbrella company and take the employers part and the employee part of the social insurance off your salary. On top of that you have to pay taxes in your own country if not UK resident.
Plus the cost of living and full fare tickets to commute as they offer not any ID ticket other than jump on own aircraft there is nothing left at the end of the month. Thats why p2f, you have to bring own money to survive even as a captain.

Sigma aviation gives you the option to go to an umbrella company. In that case yes, salary is aprox 3200 pounds net a month. You pay tax in your own country, but of course you can become UK resident when you open a LTD Company in the UK, so no need to pay tax back home.
If you form your own LTD, you get paid directly by sigma your gross salary. 6250 pound plus overnights if any. Net is aprox 4000 to 4200 pounds for a DEC E195 Capt.
Stand by Tickets within Flybe and Aerlingus for pilots and family.
4 return tickets paid a year by Stobart on “any” airline up to 400 euros max.
Of course as contractor there is not many benefits. But I think is not a bad option if you wanna commute back home 2 weeks on 2 weeks off.
Hope it helps.

Old school tax dodging is on HMRC’s albeit slow-moving radar. Take a look at the Ryanair mess in Germany and the number of pending prosecutions before you decide bogus self-employment is the way forward.

A mate of mine applied to them. Didn't even receive the common courtesy of a response. If they treat people like that when they're looking for crews, then the above posting is no surprise.
