What's the contract pilot business like

Does anyone know what things are like on the business-side of the contract pilot business? I mean from PARC or Rishworth's perspective.

I am wondering what their mark-up. I have some input on what they charge customers. Some goes to the pilot and they keep the difference. Anyone know what that difference looks like?

I know that it depends on a ton of factors, but I've heard like upwards of 50%. That seems absurd considering what some of the pilots are being paid.

In years gone by it was around a grand month (typically ), I believe that many agencies have now settled for €600-700 /month (still not a bad little earner depending on how many bods on your books)
