Regional pay

Hi all just wondering what 146 pilots capt and f/o or similar size a/c would expect to earn working for a regional airline in the uk?

Capts £46092 + £650 p/a increments
F/Os £28500 + £500 p/a increments

TWO YEAR Contractors (F/Os ) about £18000 + £500 increments, if there are any left. I Think that they are all on full term contracts now but I couldn't be sure.

Would anyone know how much a chief pilot would command?

In terms of financial renumeration, or respect? Seems generally to work in inverse proportion.....

i'll probably go away from the 146 and look at a turbo prop 20-50 seats what would the pay be for this type?
