Are there any Air Baltic pilots on this forum?
Does anybody know the terms & conditions for DEC on Q400?
Do they have commutable rosters? Or not at all?

Can't say anything about how many bucks you'll get, but airBaltic has flexible rosters that are posted each month on the 20th.
You won't have a more social life at any airline in Europe. Riga is an awesome place to be!
