Saw this "opportunity" today. All you need to do is buy your self a Hawker rating and then apply to be lucky enough to receive the educational experience of flying your line training for 10 months and 500 hours, presumably for little or no remuneration followed by potentially being able to work as a leased pilot.

every day, I receive cover letters from F/o (or trying to become fo) mentionning they are ready to pay or fly for free a few months when they don't have money for the rating.

Doing it on a 737 or a a320 as a possible career progression is one thing but on an aircraft that is no longer produced and generally flies less than 500 hours per annum...

Job for Fresh CPL Holder
What we provided:
1) Type Rating on Both Aircraft(BNA-Islander + LET-410)
2) Line training of 500 hrs (combined both aircraft)
3) Accomodation provided
4) 800 peso per hrs during line training.
5) Licence conversion
6) After completion of line training you have to give check ride and once you clear the check ride then you will be hire as a first officer on any aircarft (BNA-Islander+ LET410) and your salary will be 100000 peso (one hundred thousand peso ) per month.
