Looking to use staff travel and willing to pay! BA or EI.

I am not sure if this is the right forum, or if it allowed? Apologies in advance if not!

I work as VIP crew and have no staff travel with the company I work for and I am required to commute between Ireland and the UK at my own expense.
Up until recently I had the use of staff travel from a friend.

I am looking for someone who is with BA or EI who would be willing to let me use their staff travel, which I will of course pay for plus a fee for allowing me to do so!
Any ideas anyone??

I would question the morality of this suggestion and whether the person whose staff travel it is might get disciplined for it. If you don't pay them it should be OK as that's the way it works for friends, but once you start paying the individual whose staff travel it is they would be on very dodgy ground if their company found out I would think.

Of course you might say no one will find out but is it worth taking that risk for a stranger? If the fee you're offering them is large enough to make the risk worthwhile it wouldn't be worth your while.
