Air Baltic Q400 DEC
Hello,
It seems that Air Baltic is looking for Q400 DECs. According to the advert no rating is required.
Any recent information about pay/rosters etc. They seem to be expanding operations from Tallinn and Vilnius. So are these cities also available as a base in the future?
Also it seems that they are doing P2F program for F/Os. So any idea if type rating for non-rated DEC would be self funded or is there some sort of bond?
