Volotea: pilot agreement

Does anybody know something about Volotea's agreement with its pilots? What kind of working agreement they have? Do pilots have to start a company? How much is the salary, who is paying the taxes, training etc..?

I was sent the details by PARC who seem to be recruiting for them.
I wonder if they will get anyone with that offer LOL,

Anyone had dealings with Brookfield as well, I got an equally dubious offer from them recently.

I saw this advertised on Parc website, looks like they will typerate you and then cut your pay 30 percent. No mention of pay anyway just 5 months initial contract.
