Thanks God we have such fraternity. My mind is more clear now, getting into command is more preferable way of action. The captains in my company always fly more than FO s and ESB was my previous base. I am at ADB base.

My mind is more clear now, getting into command is more preferable way of action.
You would be quite surprised at the number of qualified Captains that apply back to the RHS in my company as new entrants. These days, sometimes, command time isn't that important.

Although the 777 fleet is a good place to be ;-)

Get left seat and never trade it.

Captain is a manager on the airplane. Have you heard about manager of company to quit to become secretary in another? Get it right, go to biger plane now as FO or better get command and keep it for lifetime. I get my command on turboprop and never moved back, now I am Capt on wide-body and my advise is do not risk with FO for short time because slow down may make it extremally long time. Good luck!
