Aviation over the next decade?

Hi all, I was just wondering where do you see it all going over the next decade?

I know a lot can change over a few hours in Aviation (9-11), never mind 10years. But what airlines are most likely to drop off the radar and who's likely to be in existence..

I feel with FR and EZY' expansion plans along with NOK and Monarch will / could put the likes of Thomson, Thomas cook, Jet2 and their 22yr average age of aircraft under pressure!

Long hauls, low cost, pilots paying for training, windowless cockpits....
Airbus is considering the cockpit in the back of the plane and even in the cargo hold, it is patented already
