Could someone give me a link to info. on employment with Emirates?

Specifically, Requirements such as Liscenses, total time, time in type etc.

An explaination of work rules would be appreciated. Ie. starting sallary, upgrade time, where would you be domiciled, what tax issues would apply for a yank from the USA.
