Does it really have to be that bad?

Your current agency.......with a famous LoCo.
Ending your contract with after 5 years because you don't want the stress of a command and to be shifted to the ass end of Eastern Europe for a fraction of the money you were on in your home base as a first officer.
I mean, they've got plenty of willing victims lining themselves up to replace you for less money.
Even more unfathomable, they've got plenty of experienced training captains willing to keep the factory production line in full swing. Unbelievable!
It's a brilliant tactic.
This management lot, theyve got it all sown up eh.
They're clever and they're laughing at all of you.
They simply can't believe they've got away with it for so long.
I always said that its crazy that the pilots don't just organise their own agency.
Some have. GTD Aviation. They're sending out info this weekend.
It's a perfect opportunity.
Educate yourselves and stop this production line.
Stop lining the ever deepening pockets of the greedy shareholders and have your say.

This is a promising development.
But, "is it that bad" that the pilots will stand (or fall) together?
History tends to suggest not.
I hope to be proved very wrong.
