DHL Roster pattern

Just wondering if anyone could shed some light on working patterns in DHL and what its like to work there. Is it a good long term prospect?

Expect a Leipzig basing, several other threads around that cover all of that aspect of the job.

There is a fixed roster available for the 757 fleet but a wait list to join it. Other than that its a random roster, some months not bad, some months rubbish.

Alot of disruption at present due to high levels of resignations. Lack of a progression has influenced many of those resignations. The command selection process is a bit of a mystery in its present form.
