Discount travel

I am interested to find out if there are any airlines with a liberal view to discount travel. I did years of airline contract flying, and medically retired from flying during a break between contracts. So no retired card or reasonable prospects of an ex employer letter, but have a few licences and log books. Looking for BNE - NYC - BNE discount in June.

No Chance whatsoever. Even BA restrict the years of staff travel to retirees according to the years they have served.
