Norwegian Long Haul Taxes

Apologies if this information is already available, but I have been unable to source it.

I am due start for NLH in March, can anybody who is already working for them tell me how I can remain "tax compliant" with the contract, if I wish to still reside in the UK for tax purposes, but be as tax efficient as I can, since I believe the agency/NLH will not allow me to setup a company in the UK.

If anybody can provide me with useful information then this will be greatly appreciated.
