British Airways job grades

Hi all,

It's my first post at pprune so please excuse me if this is posted in the wrong location. Similarly please forgive me if this has also been asked or can't be answered, I've looked around but can't find an answer.

I was wondering if anyone knows what the bands relate to as regards the job grades that BA use. Examples include A2-A6, band 2, band 3.

Is this the full list of grades? How high up do these grades go? Are some at management level?

Thanks for the help.

Hi,welcome to Pprune....the A scales you mentioned certainly used to apply to ground staff when I worked for BA....as an example, a junior check in agent would be A2, more senior A3, Supervisor A5 etc....hope that helps..
