According to the job requirements you must already hold a French flight crew license to apply, which itself I believe requires fluency to level 5 in French. That could rule out 99% of applicants, including mainline secondments. It is however an English speaking airline on a French AOC.

Well, I hope French won't be an "unofficial" requirement, but I don't believe so, as I got invited and my fluency in French in minimal.

The usual racist stance from the French who fail to understand that there is the freedom of movement of labour within the EEC and find the only way to keep all non French out is to use this language restriction in an English speaking industry.
