8 months old offer: 6000€ net for 320 DEC and absolutely non-commutable roster.

I have never understood if salaries aren't paid, why people keep turning up.

Not so easy, you can't just stay at home because you don't get your salary. Only because they break the contract doesn't mean you can break it as well.
You have to do the legal process.

Absolute nonsense EAM.

If you don't get paid, they have broken your contract.

That is the legal process completed right there.

I can guarantee you that if all pilots stayed home, the pay would materialise immediately.

Of course they have broken the contract, doesn't give you the right to break it as well. Been in that situation, talked with a lawyer.
Don't say its nonsense it you don't know.

EAM

You are talking absolute nonsense. I have said it again.

Just resign and then say you're unwell if you have to, but don't keep flying for free.

"I have never understood if salaries aren't paid, why people keep turning up."

don't try to understand, obviously you cannot.
however belleair has stopped operations and it looks that all planes were taken away from Albania by the croatian pilots. away from creditors and the tax authorities.

Belle Air is bankrupt and suspended ops yesterday. Airbus fleet was already ferried to LKMT and LFBT for storage.

BTW, I never flew for free, got all the salary paid after the company was closed, because I sticked to the contract.
Seems the "narrow" in you nick name suits you quite well.

EAM,

Yes. Right oh then, I believe you.

You got paid by a bankrupt company AFTER it was closed? The same company who have got crews to move aircraft away from the creditors?

The same company who hadn't paid you for months?

Then they went bankrupt and decided to pay you, a lowly pilot, instead of paying the aircraft leases and thereby perhaps, just perhaps, continuing operations.

At least Wizz Air will pay you on time and luckily for a lot of you guys, they are recruiting.

Strange days.

You are mistaking, I never worked for Belle Air and will never work for Wizz.
But you don't surprise me. You are guessing, not knowing anything......narrow

I think I'm bang on the money here.

Just because you, EAM, may have once been paid by a bankrupt airline, I don't think our unfortunate Belleair colleagues will have been.

You are in the minority.
