The ppjn website has very accurate payscale info. I would say expect €12000 pa in Sector Pay and the basic salary's quoted are bang on. AA recruited about 10 FOs in the last few months from their holding Pool of Commercially typed pilots ie pilots that did a Type Rating with them on the ATR with no promise of a job at then end. A big risk, but one that has paid off for these newbies. AA is an enjoyable place to work full of great pilots and Cabin Crew. Good luck to you all!
