I wonder how much will be expansion?

I remember when I worked for them, they would sell their aircraft second hand for more or similar to what they bought them for in the first place...

It would be my expectation that most of this aircraft order is about fleet renewal rather than expansion, after all with the very high work rate of RYR aircraft some of the first B738's they have will have a lot of time in the clock when the first of the new aircraft turn up.

It mentions on one of them releases... 75 replacements, 100 additions. There's been no mention of options yet, I suspect there will be some!

Both President Obama and Taoiseach (PM) Enda Kenny are getting some political traction out of this too: Kenny was in Washngton D.C. for St. Patrick's Day and I think he's still there.

As long as RYR supply the product that the market is happy to buy, the employment situation is such that RYR can get people to work for them & the governments turn a blind eye to the RYR employment practices RYR will continue to grow.

Untill these things change expect more of the same from RYR.
