So what is the crew/hull ratio on the 400 fleet? Just wondering how many new crews in total will be required. Thanks

As an average, about 8 Capt's and 12 F/O's per a/c.

BUT that is by no means what VS work to. It is highly dependant on routes and trip patterns.

Not sure where I said they were doing any better just that there no plans to lay off crew.

There are other people aside from crew employed by these companies.
