has anyone real experience about FO typical rosters (duty on/off ) for such airlines , working days per month or other interesting infos ?

I know facts about jet2.
Summer is quite busy, winters compensate for that and are pretty quiet. You can get 3 guaranteed days off per month, if you ask for those in time. For the rest, days off seem to be in blocks.
I've heard norwegian does not have that many pilots on the 737? Therefore, it might be busier. But treat that as gossip until you know more!

AirBaltic 737 pilots are generally flying up to the maximum legal limits in summer. Days off do not allow for commuting. They are spread just to comply with the rest time limitations between working periods. For the summer the schedules are a little easier going. However every winter pilots in AirBaltic have to worry about their jobs or salary cuts.
