Best Current Commuting Contracts

Just trying to get a feel for what is out there at the moment. 330/340 rated and experienced, RHS. 28on/28off or similar preferred. Euro based. Prefer something that allows a decent standard of living over just lots of cold hard cash (although both would be nice). Any recommendations or pointers greatly appreciated. Thanks.

That's whats called PART TIME.....
Not sure any FTL scheme in Europe would allow 28 on 28 off, and if it did and I was a punter i'd ask to avoid flying with you on say day 9 onwards

Turkish Airlines are currently recruiting A330/A340 DEFOs. They offer 7-10 consecutive days off and two ID90 tickets per month.

F900 Ex,

May I ask where you are at? PM if preferred. Thanks.

Mr Angry,

Fair point. In that case, do you know any decent part-time contracts? I am willing to consider anything as long as the numbers can add up.

Cheers.

FTLs...

Mr Angry,
Are you suggesting that a 28on/28off rotation would have the pilots working those 28days 'on' with NO rest/off days?!

Hahahahaha, brilliant!
If that we're the case, I agree I wouldn't fly with them either!

Shirley,
Have a look at China Southern... I saw the contract of a colleague who has been offered the role.. Lots of worldwide bases, good money and fair amount of 'home time'

No, he wasn't.

Month on/ month off does not mean no days off during the "On" month.

China Southern and actually almost all of China only recruits Captains. There is a 1.3B population to choose from for inexperienced pilots. Qualified time on type is what they currently seek for the most part for the experience level.
