EasyJet: CTC Flexicrew or PARC Flexicrew?

Hi all,

I have checked the two different contracts available at the moment for EasyJet from Parc and CTC.
There seem to be a couple of differences eventhough they have the same name "Flexicrew"

With CTC it is a 3 years contract paid 39£/hr
With Parc it is a 2 years contract paid 50£/hr

Does any one of you know if there is any other difference I should know? Are the Parc guys wroking more in winter than the CTC ones?

Thanks in advance for your tips,

All the best

If you want my advice, stay well clear of Parc Aviation. You will live to regret it. It may all seem rosy at first that you're getting a job but it all soon turns sour.

Trust me, I'm in the same situation. Signed up for what was a decent contract. Got an email after 9 months (It was a 2 year contract like the above) saying we're terminating your agreement but are happy to offer you a contract based in Berlin on a much lower wage etc etc... nice pay cut for christmas time!

They're also one of the most unprofessional companies to deal with. They ignore your emails unless they're getting something from it.

Sorry if this isn't what you wanted to hear but thought I'd let you know and at least then you will realise what it's really like and whether you want to take the plunge in to the life of Parc Aviation!

I have to agree with Foniac, have had a number of chaps tell me they had similar problems with Parc. Each have described it similar to:

Sign up for Parc and you will be doing a stint in the German low pay unit at some point. Comparing the two is like comparing vacation homes in Syria. Put considerable effort into avoiding both and the orange machine until further notice.

Incidentally - your pay rates are incorrect, unless they've changed recently CTC is £43 an hour then circa £50 after you hit 1500 factored easyjet hours.
