Best Commuting Contract

As the 9 to 5 option has basically been dismissed as fantasy, any thoughts on the best commuting option. At least "days at home" is quality time for family and friends albeit with the approaching shadow of the return to work.
In these uncertain times at least we wouldn't have to uproot our family repeatedly.

I heard that Korean Air with CCL offers the best commuting contract around.
But I don't know if going there as an expat is worth it.
