Contract or permanent?

Hey Folks! I need your meanings.
I have offered a permanent contract with wizz air. The money is bad and no accommodation and there is a 4 month notice period. So you are not very flexible if you find a better job. Now I have also get an invitation for the greece aegean contract job with parc aviation and I´m not sure what shall I do. In my opinion the money and the benefits (accommodation provided) with aegean are very good. And there might be an extension of the contract.
The problem is: the screening with aegean is in the time period where I am already in conversion course with wizz. So I have to find very quick a decision. Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

Under no sircumstances leave a job offer for an interview, you need to try to work with PARC and reschedule the interview to a day without conflict from the job at WIZ, then AFTER you do get both offers at hand (not just an interview invite) and only then is when you have a decision to make.

Has anybody any experiences with aegean contract? Can you really only expect 6 month contract or do you think that aegean will extend the contract? I know nobody can look into the future but how was it in the past? I think it´s not the first time that aegean has contracts via parc. any experiences?

As far as I read in past years' posts on pprune, they have taken extra crew for the summer season and then in autumn they were hiring just greek pilots for permanent contract...
just have a look at previous posts like this one:
