From add for A320 Captains:

A318, 319 and A321 type-rated Captains can also apply, but need to complete their own differences training before joining the screening.
Pilots who only have cruise captain experience will start as Cruise Captain, 80% of full captain salary will be paid before upgraded to Captain

Is that for the p1ss poor Dubai contract?
Why would any Captain debase themselves, and their career, by getting involved with this 2 bit, thieving, low life agency?
They are truly the lowest agency life form.
