hello,
last time i heard about it , a part of the requirements was :
- valid type rating on airbus (even a 320 was ok )
- hours on type (i don't remember how many hours min )
- fluent in french
the assessments were taking place in tahiti and even if it's not written, i think if you are a local and know the right people, it helps
