Flybe Seniority Question

Can anyone tell me if flybe differentiates between FO (2 stripers?) and SFO (3 stripers?), and if so, what criteria are used.

Thanks!

To be a SFO you need to have passed your PCLA in the company, done the Command Sim, had 1500 hours on FlyBE aircraft and a minimum of 2500 hours (off the top of my head!). Without these, you'll be a humble 2 striper...

In terms of seniority, no. 2 or 3 stripes, you're still an FO doing the same job as every other FO. The only benefit is in financial terms and opening the door to command.
