Duty Times, again

I have not clear a question on subpart Q FDT, It stays that if a duty period starts between 22:00 and 04:59 maximum FDT is 11:45 minutes. So my question is, can a split duty time be used in this period for extension?

Also, if the FDT starts on the WOCL, which extensions are allowed.

Itīs not clear on tne OPS manual on the company,

Thanks in advance

I belive the rules on split duties are agread betwean each airline and the relevant authority on a case by case basis and are then writen into the Airline's Flight Time Limitation Scheme.

This results in diferent airlines operating out of diferent countries with diferent rules all under sub part Q

You will unfortunately have to examine the airlines own docs.
