Yes I can't complete the application, I have a lot of different errors, but, in the other hand I can load my old application . I believe that we have to wait some days until they willl complete all the process deleting the old applications.

PILOT RECRUITMENT
Flybe does not have any current requirement for direct entry Captains or First Officers. However in hopeful anticipation of future recruitment plans we have made some changes to our on line recruitment system.
All existing applications will be deleted.
If you have previously applied and are still interested in a pilot's position with Flybe we would be most grateful if you could take the time to reapply, using the new system. Once your application is made and registered you will be able to keep it updated.
Should you experience any technical difficulties with the new application system please email [email protected] - thank you

Panic stations I reckon. I've heard of a number of resignations this month. Got to be more to follow if the nonsense continues.
Good luck to everyone who applies. Interesting times.

News from within is that they have lost 5-15 guys very recently, the belief is that many more will follow whilst the company continue to treat crews like something they stepped in.
This will be welcome news to recent graduates, and those looking for a start in the industry.

They have recently taken delivery of 3 new dash 8 at least which they have not crewed for. This combined with the new jets arriving in June onwards means that we are still increasing the fleet. I also believe that Jedi the oldest aircraft that was due to go soon has also gone. Company bullsIt to scare the pilots during the pay negotiating. The company was great to work for a few years ago, but all that was good has crumbled. I am a senior FO and would love to stay, but at the end of the day money counts when you have a family and the pay is not fantastic.

As far as I know the Dashes that were supposed to arrive from now are not even coming anymore. I heard a while ago that they had actually sold 5 airplanes to some airline....which seems to be confirmed now, but is this confirmation about planes leaving the fleet from BALPA from the ACAS meetings?

Everyone calm down, just read JF's last newsletter which restates a lot of stuff already released to the SE in the last trading update.
I'm paraphrasing but basically, "flat year on year seat capacity in the core UK market 2011-12".
In other words, no net increase or decrease in seats. Any Dashes out must therefore be replaced by Jets in.
Redundancies? Hands up who thinks we're overcrewed?

sdryh, not correct. This is what is happening:
7 Dash 8's leaving the fleet.
JECS
JECT
JECU
The reason these 3 are leaving is because we own them, they are not leased.
Then these are leaving too:
FLBF
FLBG
FLBH
FLBx
FLBF is in service
FLBG is parked in EXT and is being used as AOG
FLBH is being picked up from Canada within the next week and will not enter service.
So basically 4 Dash 8s that are in service are leaving the fleet, and 3 that are not in service will be leaving too. They are off to South African Express I believe.
The 4 Dash 8s that are in service will be replaced this year by 4 x EMB175s, an overall net reduction in fleet of zero.
