Korean Air
Man, ladies,
Some questions about the contracts out there concerning Korean Air.
It is a commuting contract, do they plan this way you can end and start your working shift in your hometown?
What about leaving before ending the 5 year contract?
What are the chances for upgrade?
many thanks allready,
Sam

Man, ladies ? You mean lady-boys? think that is Thailand rather than Korea
There is an 18page thread on Page3 of the South Asia & Far East forum, probably worth reading the "sticky" thread on Contract Agencies too, at the top of the 1st page of the forum.
Never worked there, looked into it once , and I have a few ex-colleagues who are there.
AFAIK therefore, it IS a commuting contract, they don't want you living there as they pay social charges etc there on your behalf on the basis that you are NOT based there.
Commuting is done to any Korean destination (they fly to AMS I guess) for your block of days off.
I believe there is no problem to leave anytime if you give the notice period stipulated in your contract.
Chance of an upgrade is non-existant, & if you were, you would be murdered in the car park by all the locals they by-passed.
From what colleagues have told me life in the RHS for an expat is perhaps not "too genial" when flying with locals, and of various agencies CCL seems to be the one most are happy with.
Good luck with your choice
