I find it of concern that Ryanair passengers to Palermo now actually have to land in the nearest airport to their destination as a result of the Libyan conflict. This must be quite distressing.

Wasn't a memo. Was a conversation with management trying to pull the wool over our eyes. They really do think we're thick!!!
