Mix of aerial work and public transport.
Not sure if there is any roster pattern. There didn't use to be.
Some of the best pilots I have had the fortune to work with and some of the best training I have ever received.
If you get through and get online, enjoy. It is real flying and will give you experience that you cannot quantify with money! I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Just seconding Snoop's comments. Salary used to be mid 20s, can't imagine it's changed much. Lots of last minute (30min) callouts so you'll need to live nice and close to CVT or EMA. RVL don't do shrinking violets, what's wanted are innitiative based go getters with common sense in bucketloads and above average handling abilities! If you get in it will be the best flying you'll ever do and you will be ten times the pilot you are now when you leave. One day you'll be bored off your backside following pink string around the sky remembering the days when you used to be a real pilot!
Best of luck!

minimum requirement
What is the minimum requirement for FO?
Is there an age restriction?
What would be the best path to take towards securing a job here if one arises?
All the best.
