Air Contractors/Europe Airpost

Hi folks
I am looking for information regarding the Air Contractors B737 operation in Ireland. Any info would be great in relation to recruitment, rosters, pay, etc. I know that it is a one aircraft operation at this stage but I have heard that they may be planning to add a second aircraft for the summer season.

Thanks in advance.

Wink

High turnover? I think what you're saying is bull****.

And honestly, future vacancies will most probably be filled up by internal transfers. There are lots of volunteers.

With ACL since 1999,mainly seen retirements, very few resignations bar the switch to DHLAir UK for lots of jet jocks during the period when ACL basically had no jet fleet.I aint going anywhere soon and the only real movement I hear of at the moment is upgrades and recruitment, your friend must be very unique!

Johnpilot, you'll learn a lot reading the "Flying in Ireland" January issue. But no pilot needs for this year they said.

To be honest hardcase I am not sure I sent a CV about 4 months ago and had a chat with the CP at the time I was informed they had no needs in the near future for 737 fleet however last week I was e-mailed inviting me for an assesment the e-mail stated 737 air crew aid nothing about base etc , it has proven quite difficult to find any info on the 737 fleet with air contractors t&c's etc roster, flying ,bases.....?

Good luck! Let us know how it goes. I always enjoy seeing those 737s with a nice paint scheme. The 700s look nice while the 300s obviously look a bit worn.

Not a bad place to build some more Boeing time!
