Darwin Airlines
So biting the bullet here, but significantly fed up with the lifestyle and conditions in my current employer, I'm considering applying to Darwin Airlines as a DHC8 rated FO.
I was wondering if anyone out there could provide any information on terms and conditions (which can't actually be any worse than where I am right now!).

300eur just to apply?
Unless this was my dream job, or a job I badly wanted, that right there would turn me away. Especially if you are only applying because you're sick of your current company and no other reason. What a rip.
You're a DHC-8 rated FO? Or applying for that position? If you are currently flying the Dash, what is your current company that is so bad if you don't mind me asking?

I recommend that you read their 'blurb' carefully
My bold emphasis.
I would want to know what I was commiting myself to before going much further.

Based on the results of all steps Darwin Airline Ltd. may propose an employment according the company needs and policy. Candidates are asked to pay a participation fee of CHF 400.00 as a partial cover of effective costs. Anyway, this amount will be deducted from the total cost of training if the pilot is hired by our Company.
