West Air
West Air Sweden has got a collective agreement with it's pilots, and in order to get out of it management is trying to shut down the company, and open up a new company with the same aircraft and the same personnel but with individual crappy contracts. Scandinavian labour unions have smelled the rat and are working to stop the social dumping ahead.
