Given EK's expansion plans and market for pilots on the rise, can anybody shed some light or thoughts on whether EK consider DEC's in the coming year?

It is not my intention to stir up matters or emotions. I am asking a question in order to consider my future options.

There is enough qualified talent within EK to make the move from the RHS to the LHS. The hiring spree is to fill the anticipated RHSs.
