Hi all,

I donīt have much information about this company so if anybody could help me, I am interested to know more about the assesments and if it is a good company to work as First Officer, (salary, days off...). Is it a must to pass the DLR? I am not sure to have enough time to prepare it. Any information would be appreciated. Thank you in advance. Good luck everybody

According to a mate that's gone as a DEC, process is: Company Interview, Sim check, FOs do the full DLR test, then final interview with DLR and company panel. If you pass the lot you are offered contract.
Sim will be all raw data, departure, NP approach, etc.
Non type rated guys are rated and contract conditions ammended.
No PMs as I don't know any more than this, thanks.
