MPA hours

I'm thinking of applying for TNT as they seem to be recruiting. In their application form they have a line asking for 'total MPA hours' I have done a search but cannot think what the MPA stands for. Any answers would be gratefully recieved.

You see it as SPA / MPA in terms of the IR.
