Flexible working ???

Are you in Monarch, Flybe, Bmi, Thomsonfly, Eastern, easyjet ?

If so, have you made a bid for base in the last 2 years. And if you have how has your company dealt with requests for flexible working. The reason I ask,is I think we have positive discrimination in my outfit which might favour a new joiner with say a disabled parent over a high seniority employee but no responsible dependents. Your thoughts most welcome.

Jenson, I've a nice yacht in the harbour this year.

Historically I can remember one case where an out of seniority base bid was allowed, with union blessing, to help a guy with childcare when his marriage broke up. Quite a while back now. He also had an average amount of seniority.
