Ok....and if they hire, do you know what I can expect?

F/O between 2000-3500 net. Captain up to 5000 I guess. Depends on how much you fly. They fly A LOT during the summer season, bet significantly less out of season.
Taxes payed. If you don't have apartment in their bases (LYPG and BEG) I don't know if they will pay for accomodation.
Also, I guess you should speak Serbian.
