Smile Some Terms About Weight And Balance

HI ALL,

I'm a new -comer on this forum and new to aviation too. there are many term in my book but i can not find out those meaning .THOSE ARE MTAW AND MTW. I search on net MTW mean the same as MTOW but in my book, these work indicated two differnt numbers (aircraft B727-200, MTW: 88677KG, MTOW: 88360KG)

1 more thing what is MTW?

I'm really appreciate for your help

MTW = Maximum Taxi Weight (slightly higher than MTOW to allow for fuel burn during taxi and for APU use)
