Brookfield - suing them for Breach!
Before we signed or contracts and joined, we were told "we have over 1,000 satisfied pilots", so what happened to us?
We are four Pilots working for this Agent in China and since 2008 are facing the increasing problem of contract breaches by them.
We are not part of this Ryanair arrangement!
We are interested to hear feedback on any/all Pilots who have gone through the legal process to collect amounts owing them or problems with this Agent.
we have seen negative Posts on the same topic going back to 2005 (that is 5 years!) wow!
Some of us have had experiences in the Irish Courts collecting with 2 Agents, but the UK is a different playing field thus this Post for some heads-up.
