757 Agency Work

Hi there,

There is an agency searching for applications for 757 captains and first officers. The base will be Europe somewhere, and it is for a permanent position. This is no start up airline.

Any ideas what the company is? There are hardly any 757 operators in Europe are there?

The agency told me that selection would be in Jan/Feb.

Cheers and Merry Christmas.

Jet2 are going to be using agencies for some of their staffing requirements.

The agency is Ryan aviation.

I don't think it's Jet2 (although the thought did cross my mind) because the contract on offer is permanent, full time. Jet 2 are only offering summer contracts at the moment.

Who?

Just a guess. Ryan are advertising for B757 and B747 crews. Not sure if its for the same firm, but if it is then it could be for Noor Airways. This is whats left fron Eagle Aviation Europe who got bought by the Evsengroup. "Evsen" Group of Companies || Official web site. Eagle were flying 757 and leased 2x747 for when they restarted, but had truoble with the DGAC when getting their new AOC and permit to fly. One of the 747's was parked at Bournmouth for a while but not sure if it is still there. Go to the website and click on the Albanian Airlines link (which he also bought). Pictures of 757/747 in Albanian colours. BE VERY CAREFUL, as lots of people have had their fingers burnt with Eagle. But having said that the ruling family are no longer there and I have no idea what the new owners are like.

Merry Xmas
