Direct Personnel

Can anyone tell me how it is to work with a pilot firm like Direct Personnel, or Richworth? Does the pilot have to pay the firm or does the airline? Any help thanks!

Don't bother asking. If anyone says anything bad, the censors jump in and delete the thread.

Direct Personnel...one of the best agencies, make no mistake.
I've done three contracts with these folks, no problems whatsoever.

Hope they haven't changed, in the meantime...

The Airline pays the Agency, the Agency pays you.. simple. The Agency makes money by adding a fee to amount it charges the Airline for your services.

....unless , of course, the Airline owns the agency... then they pay themselves and......... oh well, you get the idea. Direct always shot straight on the AAI contract....... not so with ACE/Airborne Personnel.
