To Lufthansa Pilots !

Guten morgen !

I would like to talk to Lufthansa pilots regarding their T&Cs, the purpose and the integration rules of Germanwings within the LH network and the impact this has on LH recruitment and careers, LH bases and all sorts of topics.

We're having many issues to tackle here at Air France. Top management is using the current economic crisis to have us gobble all sorts of cr@p. LH is THE model to me as it is pretty similar in size and shape to Air France.

Please MP me.

Thanks so much !

Bonjour AF Jockey,

As you are undoubtedly aware, SNPL / AF ALPA has all the necessary contacts with VC / ECA / IFALPA to get access to first hand details about all of this. Also the Eurobench working group has regular meetings to share these data confidentially.
I would warn off any LH pilot to share these details through a forum like PPRUNE.

Seat 0A, I would not display the information to the public eye. This is not in my interest and I have way too much respect for my German fellows to harm them in any way. But I feel we are being bull!!!!ed about by AF management and I need plain and solid data to refer to and make my own opinion. This is also the reason I'm asking to discuss that on Private messages.

The SNPL/AF ALPA is in limbo, is losing all pilots' trust, does not share such information with anybody as they're not even able to air what is being handled to their members !!!

The LH pilots association is a "must have" to me. We definitely need to gear towards their type of management. And in a way, this is in the LH pilots' interest as well. By this I mean AF and LH T&Cs are similar at the moment. Have AF T&Cs in shambles and LH T&Cs will be an exception that LH management will surely point at as there will be no reason (i.e. no other similar cases to refer to, no "Hey, LH management, Air France guys are at par with us on T&Cs, so don't bother us" kind of argument) to keep them high anymore.

Please, get in touch with me. No secrets unveiled, just a private buddies chat for me to build my own culture.

why not share this info on the net, are LH-pilots so much better off than the others and fearing for their benefits which are seemingly much better than other pilots benefits.

Well, that's up to LH pilots I would assume...If they want to share it here, that's their decision. But I believe discussing it in private would be more appropriate.

your reaction is exactly reason, why its not appropriate to talk about T&C politics when the negotiations are going on.

cheers

AF Jockey,

You talk about "having many issues to tackle" at AF. Can you share some examples for people who are unfamiliar?

Good luck in your efforts.

Cheers
