overcrewed at the moment, especially with Airbus Captains coming back into ATR Fleet...

I have heard that the working conditions and salary are going down, is that true? Are there many people looking for a better job?

salary remains the same, per diems down, bases changed...

its a period of adjustment at the moment, some will stay, some will go when the job market improves...
